II. Publication of Articles by International Authors in the Journal(Continuing from the previous section)
From the second half of 2019 to May 2026, Science and Technology of Cereals, Oils and Foods has invited and planned 18 international special columns, collaborated with 110 international experts and scholars in succession, and published 64 high-quality original articles, among which 52 were published in Chinese-English/Japanese-Chinese bilingual versions and Chinese-Japanese-English trilingual versions, involving 145 person-times of international authors (the statistical results include cases where a single author published multiple articles and multiple authors collaborated on the same article). Among the articles in the journal, 71.7% have professors/researchers as the first/corresponding authors, and 28.3% have associate professors/PhDs as the first/corresponding authors; 41.7% of the articles are published by international editorial board members as the first/corresponding authors.
