According to the new demand for grain and oil quality inspection put forward by the current economic development of grain industry. In order to obtain the real, detailed and accurate basic data, the sampling information technology is proposed to set the characteristic mark for the data,the traceability mechanism of quality inspection is constructed, and the direction of using traceability information of quality inspection to serve the economic development of grain industry is proposed.
