    摘要:

    平房仓横向通风具有进出粮快捷方便、节省大量人力物力等优势,但其通风的均匀性及降温降水效果有待于深入研究。基于多孔介质传热传质的理论,建立了一种谷冷通风过程中仓内热湿耦合传递的数学模型,并采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,对某粮库小麦的横向谷冷通风进行二维数值模拟研究。通过对谷冷通风的数值模拟结果的分析,并与相关实验测试数据进行比较,探究了横向通风粮堆内部热量和水分迁移规律,得出了横向通风具有通风均匀、降温效果显著的结论,为今后储粮通风操作和管理奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Lateral ventilation is convenient to load and unload grain and saves a lot of manpower and material resources in the warehouse. The uniformity of air flow and cooling effect of the lateral ventilation need being further studied. Based on the theory of heat and mass transfer in porous medium, a mathematical model of coupled heat and moisture transfer in warehouse during the cooling ventilation was derived. According to computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, lateral ventilation for cooling wheat was conducted with two-dimensional numerical simulation analysis. By numerical simulation study on cooling lateral ventilation, the heat transfer and moisture migration in stored grain was analyzed, and it was found that lateral ventilation was uniform and cooling effect for stored grain was significant. This study also laid a foundation for the future operation and management of ventilation.
