浅谈专用小麦粉企业标准的编制

摘要:
我国小麦粉的标准体系由于制定年限久远,一些标准已不能适应形势发展的要求,企业标准是现有标准体系的补充和完善,能有效弥补目前标准的不足。因此,从小麦粉国家标准入手,结合广东省专用小麦粉标准的备案,探讨专用小麦粉企业标准中存在的问题,如表述不正确和文本文字错漏、理化指标设置不够合理、规范性引用文件出现错误、缺少产品品质指标以及企业备案的专用小麦粉的标准品类较单一等,提出相应的建议,以期为企业标准制修订提供一些参考。

Discussion on compilation of enterprise standards for special wheat flour
Abstract:
Some standards can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the situation, since they have been used for quite a long time. The enterprise standard is the revision and improvement of the existing standard system, which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the current standards.Therefore, based on national standard of wheat flour,combined with the document of the special wheat flour standard of Guangdong province, the problems existing in the enterprise standard of special wheat flour, such as incorrect expression and text irrational physical and chemical indicators, wrong normative reference, lack of product quality indicators, and the relatively simple standard category of the special wheat flour for the enterprise filing, are discussed. Some suggestions are proposed to provide some valuable references for the revision of enterprise standard.
