《粮油食品科技》简介

 

《粮油食品科技》原名《科研与设计》,为商业部科学研究院院刊,于1991年创刊。19939月经国家科委、新闻出版署和国内贸易部批准,更名为《商业科技与开发》并正式公开出版发行,由内贸部科学研究院主办。19978月,经相关部委批准,《商业科技开发》扩大版本,采用国际标准开本,由季刊改为双月刊,刊名改为《粮油食品科技》。目前本刊由国家粮食和物资储备局主管、国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院主办,被收录于中国科技核心期刊目录(20172018年版)、中国农业核心期刊目录(2005年第一版)、北京大学中文核心期刊目录(2011第六版)。本刊设8个栏目,包括专论、粮食加工、油脂加工、营养与品质、质量安全、生物工程、仓储物流、产业经济等,主要刊载粮油及食品领域最新研究成果,在宣传粮油科研新技术、促进科技成果转化、提高行业科技水平发挥了积极作用。

本刊坚决贯彻党的基本路线、方针、政策,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,遵守国家相关法律法规,坚持以社会公益效益为主导,为粮油科研创新和成果转化搭好平台、做好服务。

本刊作者和读者群主要来自粮油及食品行业各大科研院所、高等院校、粮油加工企业、粮油质量检测中心、粮库等。欢迎行业广大科技工作者及从业者投稿本刊、关注和支持本刊发展!

 

 

A Brief Introduction

The Journal of Science and Technology of Cereals, Oils and Foods

 

   

    The original Journal of Scientific Research and Design commenced in 1991 as an internal journal of the Academy of the Ministry of Commerce. In September 1993 this devolved into the Journal of Commercial Science and Technology Development with the joint approval of the National Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Administration of Press and Publication, the Ministry of Domestic Trade, and affiliated with the Academy of the Ministry of Domestic Trade.

    A further change of name occurred in August 1997 to the Journal of Science and Technology of Cereals, Oils and Foods with the joint approval of related administrations.

    The formats used were enlarged in accordance to international standards and issued bimonthly. The Journal is currently supervised by the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, and sponsored by the Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. It was collected into the lists of the Key Magazine of China Technology (of 2017 and 2018 editions), China Agricultural Core Periodicals (5th Ed. 2005) and Core Chinese Periodicals of Peking University (6th Ed. 2011).

    The magazine concentrates on publishing the latest research achievements in the fields of cereals, oils and foods, playing a positive role in publicizing new technology, promoting utilization of achievements and promoting science and technology development in grain and edible oil industries.

    Our authors and readers are predominantly from academies (academies, institutes and universities) and industries (processing plants, testing centers and depots).
